For BCG’s employer branding campaign “Welcome to the Group”, the goal was to reposition the brand as a modern, inclusive, and people-driven employer. We intentionally challenged the traditional, formal image of management consulting by focusing on authenticity, individuality, and human connection. Through an unconventional visual approach, the campaign celebrates diversity, group dynamics, and real interaction.

The result is a strong, approachable brand presence across OOH and digital channels, designed to connect with a new generation of talent through genuine emotion and collective spirit.
